Therapeutic Riding Instructor

Healing with Horses Ranch seeks a Specialized Therapeutic Riding Instructor, to assist in providing safe and effective Adaptive Horseback Riding and Therapeutic Equine Assisted Activities for individuals in a target population. Healing with Horses Ranch is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit providing equine-assisted services in Central Texas. Through the partnership of horses & humans, we help individuals build resilience, independence, and strong relationships in a safe, inclusive environment where growth is lasting & life-changing. Based in Manor, Texas, just outside Austin, Healing with Horses Ranch serves Travis County & surrounding communities. Our trauma-informed programs support three core populations: persons living with a disability, uniformed service members, and at-risk youth. We serve individuals of all ages living with mental health diagnoses & complex life challenges through adaptive (therapeutic) riding, equine-assisted learning, and equine-assisted psychotherapy.
