USHJA 1.00/1.05m Junior/Amateur Zone Jumper Championships: Apply
Riders interested in competing in the USHJA 1.00/1.05m Junior/Amateur Zone Jumper Championships must apply and earn a minimum of 20 points in their respective Junior and Amateur Jumper (1.00/1.05m) section at USEF-licensed competitions by their zone’s deadline for a chance to qualify.
The qualifying periods vary by zone championship, beginning 30 days following the conclusion of the previous year’s championship and ending 45 days prior to the start of the current championship.
Application/Qualifying Period Deadlines by Zone Championship
- Zones 1 & 2: August 3, 2025
- Zones 3 & 4: May 25, 2025
- Zones 5 & 6: August 10, 2025
- Zones 7 & 8: June 1, 2025
- Zones 9 & 10: August 31, 2025

Applications do not indicate a commitment to attend but allow a rider's points to count toward qualifying.
Eligibility Requirements
- U.S. resident
- Submit an application and the application fee before your zone’s deadline
- Current Active USEF and USHJA Junior or Amateur member in good standing
Application Fee
- December 1 - 45 days before each 1.00/1.05m Junior/Amateur Zone Jumper Championship:
- Non-refundable fee of $150 per horse
- $25 for each additional horse, with the timeframe being 44 days to 24 hours prior to Day One of each
championship.
