"I am here with my homebred baby Hunter [Quintessa WSS] and have Gabriela Pattinson riding her. It has been a really fun time watching Gabby go with my horse; she has been doing fantastic! I love coming here to Las Vegas, it is one of my favorite shows and it is really cool to be here. I am also riding her later this week, but it is really fun to watch the professionals take her around and get that perspective," said Lean, who is riding Quintessa WSS in the Adult Amateur Hunter 51 and Over division later in the week.

"That horse is incredible. I can trust her and she is so fast across the ground. I don’t even have to think about going fast because she’s so naturally fast," said Wireman of her winning mount. "I only did six strides back from one to two in the rollback and I did five in the next line, which was a six in the first round and ended up shooting me the wrong way. But when I landed, she just landed and turned on a dime and was off to the next one. I just kind of galloped across there."

"It feels like a major indoor championship. It feels like it could be something that would belong back East. Everything about it—the ring has got the huge big stadium and it just has a really big feel," she continued.
