The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a mission-driven, visionary leader to guide NCMT into its next chapter. You’ll be the strategic and operational driver, ensuring programs, finances, and community relationships thrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead with Vision: Shape and execute NCMT’s long-term strategy alongside our Board.
- Oversee Programs & Operations: Support staff, volunteers, and programs to deliver excellence in equine, leadership, and community initiatives.
- Steward Resources: Manage budgets, financial planning, and ensure fiscal health.
- Drive Fundraising & Engagement: Cultivate donors, lead fundraising strategies, and represent NCMT in the community.
- Partner with the Board: Strengthen governance and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Who You Are:
- Proven nonprofit leadership experience (Executive Director, CEO, or similar)
- Strong financial management and fundraising skills
- Exceptional communicator and relationship-builder
- Passionate about youth development, community impact, and horses
- Strategic thinker comfortable in a hands-on leadership role
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in nonprofit management, education, or related field
- Familiarity with equine programs
