Head Riding Instructor/Trainer (Chagrin Valley Farms)
Chagrin Valley Farms is seeking an enthusiastic riding instructor, who loves teaching, to help us develop competitive hunter/jumper riders who win in life and the ring with our camps, lesson, and leasing programs. We have 30 school horses, an established clientele, and a large waitlist. Plus, we have onsite schooling and rated horse shows year-round.
The primary responsibilities for this role are to evolve our curriculum for riding and horsemanship, teach students with the goal of showing, oversee our assistant instructors, compete at our shows, buy/sell horses, and lead our recruitment efforts targeted at prospective riders and their parents.
