Chatham Hall is excited to begin the search for a Barn Fellow to begin July 2023. The Barn Fellow reports directly to the Director of Riding. This is a full-time, 12-month salaried position.
This position at Chatham Hall is designed to allow for the Fellow to immerse themselves in all the different aspects of a boarding school equestrian program. In addition to work at the stables, the Fellow will gain experience in Student Life through living in a dorm apartment and acting as a dorm parent.
