Lexington, Ky.—Jun. 26, 2020—The U.S. Hunter Jumper Association is pleased to team up with Prospeqs, a ride tracking app, to launch the USHJA Ride n' Win Challenge, a reward system for dedicated riders looking to join the community and share their commitment to horsemanship.
“We are excited to partner with Prospeqs to bring the USHJA Ride n' Win Challenge to all equine enthusiasts,” said Kevin Price, USHJA executive director. “This challenge is a great way for our hunter/jumper community to stay engaged with each other, while being rewarded with great prizes for sharing their passion for riding and spending time with their horse.”
Open to all equestrian enthusiasts, riders earn points for documenting and sharing their riding journey through the Prospeqs app, and the top point-earners will win prizes from USHJA sponsors including an Essex Show shirt, FITS breeches, grooming products from Straight Arrow, USHJA logo wear, a CWD halter or Parlanti paddock boots.
The challenge has four phases and at the end of each phase, prizes will be awarded to the top rider-and-horse teams on the Junior and Amateur challenge leaderboards. Riders will earn points for different activities logged within the app including sharing a photo or video of your ride, sharing a photo or video from a USHJA competition, and commenting on a ride shared within the app.
"As a competing member of USHJA, I'm thrilled that Prospeqs has a role to play in the USHJA community," said Catherine Brock, Prospeqs founder. "Our vision is to help riders reach and exceed their performance goals, and Ride n' Win is such a fun way to support that vision."
