Lexington, Ky.—March 19, 2026—For the seventh consecutive year, the U.S. Hunter Jumper Association is proud to be named a Best Place to Work in Kentucky. The annual designation recognizes 100 companies across the Commonwealth and is awarded by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management.
"Being recognized as one of Kentucky’s Best Places to Work for a seventh year reflects the strength of our team and the dedication of our staff," said Whitney Allen, USHJA Executive Director. "Our staff is deeply committed to serving the Hunter/Jumper community, and this honor speaks to the passion and professionalism they bring to their work every day."
Winners from across the Commonwealth are selected in three categories: small companies of 15–149 employees, medium companies of 150–499 employees, and large companies with 500 or more employees. The selection process includes an evaluation of company policies and workplace practices, along with results from an anonymous internal employee survey.
Located at the Kentucky Horse Park, the USHJA provides a dynamic workplace where employees contribute to shaping the future of equestrian sport. The organization’s specialized departments support its mission through sport and educational programming, member services, communications, and operational leadership that serve the Hunter/Jumper community nationwide.
