U.S. Hunter Jumper Association Launches We Are U.S. Hunter Jumper Campaign

Lexington, Ky.—Mar. 14, 2022—The U.S. Hunter Jumper Association is pleased to announce the launch of its latest social media campaign, We Are U.S. Hunter Jumper. Launching today, March 14, this campaign highlights all USHJA programs and the resources the USHJA provides to its members and the Hunter/Jumper community.

"This social media campaign will take our members on a journey," said Mary Knowlton, president of USHJA." This campaign aims to introduce and reintroduce USHJA to the Hunter/Jumper community and will lead people to USHJA resources and programs in a new and exciting way."

Kicking off in March, the campaign will highlight educational programs and opportunities, the USHJA Foundation's grants and scholarships, governance, and membership and benefits throughout the month. Continuing the momentum, USHJA will dedicate the month of April to all things Hunters, the month of May will feature Jumpers, and June will close out the campaign with Equitation.

"It is exciting to find new ways to engage and educate our membership," said Kevin Price, executive director of USHJA. "By telling the story of USHJA through creative, like member video testimonials, visual quotes and social streaming, we hope to engage our members and educate them along the way. We are also making it easier for our members to follow along on social with our hashtag #WeAreUSHunterJumpers."

Since 2004, the USHJA has created programs and education for more than 44,000 members offering varying degrees of support. USHJA sports programs provide competitive opportunities at every level. At the same time, financial support for members is available through grants and scholarships for many needs and purposes, including continuing education, such as the $25,000 USHJA Hamel Family Scholarship for Further Education. Members also have access to many educational opportunities such as the USHJA Horsemanship Quiz Challenge and the USHJA Recognized Riding Academy Program, which will also celebrate our equine teachers through the new Honor Roll Program.
