Registration Now Open for 2025 USHJA Annual Meeting, December 8-11, in Orlando, Florida

AM2025-1Lexington, Ky.—Oct. 1, 2025—The U.S. Hunter Jumper Association is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 2025 USHJA Annual Meeting, taking place December 8-11 at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs Area in Orlando, Florida. Open to all members and equestrian enthusiasts, the Annual Meeting offers four days of discussion, governance, networking, and celebration centered around the future of the Hunter/Jumper sport.

The Annual Meeting will once again utilize an interactive format that promotes open discussion. A series of discipline-specific and topic-based forums, including Hunters, Jumpers, Equitation, Outreach and Affiliates, judges, horse welfare, safety, and more, will provide opportunities for attendees to bring forward key topics for collaboration.

This year’s schedule also features:

  • The Rule Change Forum, where members can engage directly with leadership on proposed rule changes
  • The USHJA's Annual Update and Strategic Plan Presentation, offering an inside look at the direction of the sport
  • Workshops on topics including Minimum Eligibility Requirements and Zone Boundaries
  • An Open Q&A Session with the USHJA Board of Directors 
  • An Open Forum with Dr. Stephen A. Schumacher, Chief Veterinary Officer and Chief Administrator of USEF’s Equine Drugs & Medications Program, and a presentation by US Equestrian
  • Evening of Equestrians Awards Dinner, sponsored by Desert International Horse Park, to celebrate member achievements

Members may register online through their USHJA member portal, while non-members can create a free account to access registration. The registration fee for the Annual Meeting is $250. Tickets for the Evening of Equestrians Awards Banquet may be purchased in advance for $125 per person or $1,000 for a table of 8 through December 5. On-site ticket sales for the Banquet will be available at $150 per person or $1,200 for a table of 8.

A block of hotel rooms for members attending the USHJA Annual Meeting has been reserved at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs Area, with rates starting at $169 per night. Attendees are encouraged to book their accommodations early to ensure availability as the room block rate expires November 18. Discounts for air travel and rental cars are also available through USHJA member benefits. Media are invited to cover the event, with one complimentary registration available per credentialed outlet. Media interested in covering the 2025 USHJA Annual Meeting must fill out a media credential form by Monday, December 1.
