WCHR Exhibitor List

All enrollment applications must be completed online and are nonrefundable.

USHJA is not responsible for and cannot honor WCHR enrollment applications that are not completed online.

In order to be eligible for WCHR National and Regional Awards riders and owners must be enrolled in the WCHR program.

Riders and owners must be enrolled in the WCHR program by midnight Eastern Time of the final licensed day of a competition for points from that competition to count toward WCHR standings and awards. Following USEF rules, there is no grace period.

For enrollment questions, please contact kknott@ushja.org

Please note: Once a rider has won three cumulative Challenge classes at the WCHR Finals in the same category (Children’s, Junior or Pony only), is no longer eligible to compete in that Challenge. The policy is retroactive to the start of the WCHR Program. Developing Professionals, be sure to review the specifications before renewing your enrollment.

Changing a Rider Category

WCHR category change requests must be submitted by July 1 of the qualifying year via email to kknott@ushja.org. Each participant may change categories only once per competition year.

Points earned in the original category are forfeited and cannot be transferred. Points in the new category will apply retroactively for the qualifying year.

No changes are allowed after July 1. If the final WCHR Event in a region begins before that date, no changes will be accepted once the event has started.WCHR_RegionMap_2025.jpg

  • A region may be changed once per year if no WCHR Event has been entered in the original region.

  • Ownership follows the official USEF record.

Horse/Rider Combinations

  • A horse must be ridden by the same rider in all section classes (except Under Saddle) for points to count.
  • Riders with multiple horses earn points only from their highest-placing horse in their category at each event.
  • Model Classes and Hunter Classics do not count.

Standings

  • National and Regional standings are based on a rider’s top four WCHR Events.
  • Regional points may only be earned at WCHR Events in the declared region.
  • Riders may earn points in only one category nationally and regionally. (Exception: Developing Professionals can earn points in the Professional and the Developing Professional Categories in the same competition year).
