2 days of mounted instruction in competition rings - 3 sections offered + fun prizes awarded in each section + group trail ride + Saturday evening wine & dine with round-table discussion and open Q&A.
6 Hunter Riders RIDING THE DERBIES (must be able to jump 2'9")
6 Equitation Riders RIDING THE MEDALS (must be able to jump 2'6")
Ride a Derby or Medal Finals Course and receive a detailed explanation of the score.
8 Jumper Riders RIDING A NATIONS CUP (must be able to jump .90m)
Compete in a mock Nations Cup Team Championship; Learn strategies to approach each course designer question being asked.

Join head coach Daniel Stewart and his amazing team of assistant coaches for an unforgettable four-day Equestrian Athlete Camp at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. For the first time ever you don’t have to be a senior high-performaning equestrian to benefit from the world class facilities and courses offered there. Camps are open to riders of all ages, levels, and disciplines and include:

- Four days accommodations in the athletes dorms
- All meals in the athletes dining center
- Over thirty-six hours of equestrian-specific workshops and workouts including:

1) SPORT PSYCHOLOGY and MENTAL COACHING
2) STRENGTH and CONDITIONING
3) ATHLETE NUTRITION
4) TEAM BUILDING
5) INJURY PREVENTION and TREATMENT
6) SPECIAL EVENTS

Camps begin Thursday afternoon with a welcome reception, tour of the OTC, team dinner, and evening briefing. The remaining days begin early with a team workout, breakfast, and briefing. Training sessions, workouts, team meals, workshops, and special events continue throughout each day. After a quick afternoon siesta we’ll meet for a team dinner, daily recap, and a relaxed motivational movie night.

Please note that these camps are unmounted, not only to minimize the cost of travel to the OTC, but to maximize the amount of time you can focus on your own development as an athlete.

TUITION, including all accommodations and meals is $1,250 but current members of the USHJA receive a $250 scholarship dropping their tuition to $995
