Applications

Applications made by regular mail, fax or hand delivery must be returned with an application fee of $30 to the USHJA - Attn: Chris Murphy, Zone Jumper Coordinator, USHJA, 3870 Cigar Lane, Lexington, KY 40511, fax (859) 258-9033.

The application MUST be completed online, postmarked, hand delivered or faxed on or prior to the Regional Rider Application Due Date.

These are:

South Region Rider Application Due Date: May 5, 2013
Representing all of the states within Zones 3 and 4

Central Region Rider Application Due Date: June 8, 2013
Representing all of the states within Zones 6 and 7

North Region Rider Application Due Date: July 21, 2013
Representing all of the states within Zones 1, 2, and 5

West Region Rider Application Due Date August 10, 2013
Representing all of the states within Zones 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12
