Proof of Membership Card Reprint
A temporary card is available for you to print,
provided that you have a USEF and/or USHJA Membership for the current
year.
Login to your USHJA Account
Once you've logged in, click on the Print Temp Membership
Card link to access a printable version of your membership card.
For general inquiries concerning USHJA Membership visit the Membership
FAQ's page.
*Please note there is a $15 reprint fee for the issuance of
a duplicate membership card.
