The Adequadn/FEI North American Junior and Young Rider Show Jumping Championship (NAJYRC), presented by the United States Hunter Jumper Association, returns to the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY, July 14-19, 2015.
Be sure to check the standings after June 20; June 23 marks the last day to submit any corrections to standings before teams are finalized.
The NAJYRC is the premier equestrian competition in North America for junior and young riders, age 14-21. Young equestrians come from the United States, Bermuda, Canada, Mexico, Central America, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean Islands to vie for team and individual FEI medals in Show Jumping, Dressage, Endurance, Eventing, Para-Dressage and Reining disciplines. The competition is run under rules of the FEI (Federation Equestre Internationale), the international governing body for equestrian sport, and is the only FEI championship held annually on this continent.
The United States Hunter Jumper Association is a proud sponsor of the 2015 Adequan/FEI NAJYRC Show Jumping Championships. For more information, visit www.youngriders.org.
New to the 2015 competition year is the USHJA 3'3" Jumping Seat Medal. This new and exciting class gives Junior riders the opportunity to develop their equitation skills over a Jumper-style course and can be offered at any USEF Licensed Competition.
Check the competition calendar to see what show near you is featuring this exciting new class at www.ushja.org/JumpSeatMedal.
