USHJA Zone Committee Election News

Recently the United States Hunter Jumper Association mailed the ballots and biographies for the USHJA Zone elections to all Senior Active or Senior Associate Hunter or Jumper members eligible to vote. The election instructions that you received were inconsistent with the enclosed materials.

As your votes and opinions are greatly valued by the USHJA, we would like to clarify the instructions. Upon completion of your ballot, you will insert your ballot into the colored envelope (Green for Hunters and Blue for Jumpers) and seal it. Then insert the colored envelope containing the ballot into the self addressed white envelope before mailing.  This white return envelope addressed to the USHJA office will have a space in the upper left hand corner for the typed or printed name and return address of the member.

We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. It is our goal to provide each member with continuous improvement in our service, which is why we felt it necessary to reach out to every member this error may have effected.

Thank you for your support and dedication to our sport. If you have any questions please contact Claudia Meeks at
