USHJA Nominee for the USEF Youth Sportsman's Charter Award

USHJA Youth Charter Revere Bowl Donated by Susan Schoellkopf in memory of Stephen Comunale Jr.

The United States Equestrian Federation began the
USEF Youth Sportsman's Charter Award Program in 2006.
This award program is designed for junior exhibitors who are current members of both the USEF and their recognized
national affiliate (i.e. USHJA). The youth candidates are to demonstrate an ongoing commitment and dedication to
the USEF and their affiliate, through the promotion of the
horse and to serve as a role model for their peers.

2010 Nominations may be sent to USHJA Youth Council Liaison,
Erin True, beginning May 1, 2010 and must be received by the USHJA Office on or before October 1, 2010 5:00 PM ET

Each application will then be reviewed by the respective Zone Committee who will decide on one nominee to represent the zone. Once each zone has chosen their nominee, the names will be submitted to the USHJA Youth Council; the Council will then decide the final USHJA nominee. USHJA will submit the name and a runner-up to USEF before October 31. Visit USEF's Youth Programs page for the application, award criteria and guidelines.

The USHJA nominee will be recognized each year at the USHJA Evening of Equestrians Awards Dinner at our annual meeting.
