USHJA Trainers Symposiums
The USHJA is committed to the continuing education of trainers
currently working in our industry.
USHJA Trainers Symposiums are
a critical asset to your continuing education.
Our Trainers Symposiums offer
attendees a rare opportunity to participate in practical training
sessions and round table discussions with top industry professionals.
Each Trainers Symposium lasts
three full days and features expert
clinicians in each of the three main USHJA riding disciplines, Hunter,
Jumper and Equitation. Each of the disciplines is divided into sub-sections:
i.e. Junior Hunters, Intermediate Equitation and Junior/Amateur
Owner Jumpers. Each section features 3 - 4 demonstration riders
who will work under each Clinician. Clinicians interact with both
riders and attendees, explaining different techniques, exercises,
and tips for various levels of riders and horses.
In addition, every
Trainers Symposium offers a great opportunity
for professionals and members to exchange thoughts and ideas on
training exercises, training aids, and business practices.
